1. Services Provided
UGGNZ provides digital resources and community access, including: Vendor directories and supplier lists. Educational guides and reseller resources. Access to a private Discord mentoring community. Digital tools that support e-commerce and reselling. All products are digital & intangible, delivered instantly by email, download link, or Discord role assignment. No physical goods are shipped.
2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility
You must be 18 years or older, or have verified parental consent. You are responsible for keeping your account and payment details accurate. Access to our Discord community is subject to compliance with Discord’s Terms of Service. Sharing, transferring, or reselling your UGGNZ account or materials is strictly prohibited. Any fraudulent activity or misuse will result in immediate account termination without refund.
3. Intellectual Property
All UGGNZ content — including vendor data, course materials, branding, and community resources — remains the exclusive intellectual property of Underground Goods NZ. Redistribution, resale, screenshot sharing, or public disclosure of these resources is prohibited. Breach of this clause may result in legal action and immediate revocation of access.
4. Payments & Pricing
All transactions are processed securely via Shopify, Stripe, or Whop. Prices are listed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) unless stated otherwise and may change at any time. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the materials. You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for delivered digital content.
5. Refund Policy
All sales are final due to the instant-delivery nature of digital content. Refunds are available only in limited cases as described in our official [Refund Policy], including duplicate purchases, technical failure on our side, or verified fraud. UGGNZ also offers a conditional 30-Day Profit Guarantee, requiring verified participation and proof of genuine effort. Full details are provided in the Refund Policy page, which forms part of these Terms.
6. No Earnings Guarantee
UGGNZ provides tools, information, and support to assist you in building your reselling business, but we do not guarantee specific earnings or financial results. Your success depends on your effort, strategy, and market conditions beyond our control.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to: Engage in spam, harassment, or abusive behaviour within the UGGNZ community. Misuse, misrepresent, or illegally distribute UGGNZ materials. Violate local laws or Discord’s community standards. Violation of these rules will lead to immediate removal without refund.
8. Service Modifications & Termination
UGGNZ may, at its discretion: Modify, update, or discontinue any service without prior notice. Update these Terms at any time (revised versions will take effect once posted). Suspend or terminate accounts that breach our policies or misuse our services.
